Meet Your Chiropractor

Having played sports since childhood, I have always understood the critical importance of spinal care. At the age of 19, a back injury cut short my soccer career, but it was this very challenge that inspired me to embark on a path in chiropractic care. This personal experience ignited my passion for spinal health and set me on a mission to help others overcome similar struggles.

Over the years, I’ve gained extensive knowledge and expertise in chiropractic techniques, which have proven invaluable not only to me but to many others. Today, I am thrilled to bring this advanced and effective technique to our community. My journey from athlete to chiropractor has deepened my commitment to helping others achieve optimal health through effective spinal care.

Outside of work, I love staying active and enjoy the outdoors, spending time with my family and friends, and am always on the hunt for the best food around.

Common Questions About Chiropractic Care

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Business

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?

In most cases, you do not need a referral to see a chiropractor. However, some insurance plans may require a referral from a primary care physician for coverage. It’s best to check with your insurance provider to understand your specific policy requirements.

Can chiropractic care be combined with other treatments?

Yes, chiropractic care can often be combined with other treatments such as physical therapy, massage therapy, and medical treatments. Chiropractors frequently work in conjunction with other healthcare providers to offer a comprehensive approach to patient care.

What should I expect during my first visit to a chiropractor?

During your first visit, the chiropractor will take a detailed medical history, perform a physical examination, and may order diagnostic tests such as X-rays. Based on the findings, they will develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include spinal adjustments, exercises, and lifestyle recommendations.

Do chiropractic adjustments hurt?

Most patients do not experience pain during chiropractic adjustments. Some may feel mild discomfort or a popping sound as the joints are adjusted, but this is generally brief and followed by a sense of relief. Your chiropractor will use techniques that are appropriate for your comfort level and condition.

How many chiropractic sessions will I need?

The number of sessions required varies depending on the individual’s condition, the severity of the problem, and how well the patient responds to treatment. Some people experience relief after just a few visits, while others may need ongoing care for chronic conditions.

Is chiropractic treatment safe?

Yes, chiropractic treatment is generally considered safe when performed by a licensed and trained chiropractor. Like any medical treatment, there are some risks, but serious complications are rare. It’s important to discuss any concerns with your chiropractor before starting treatment.

What conditions do chiropractors treat?

Chiropractors commonly treat conditions such as back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, sports injuries, and joint pain. They also address issues related to posture, repetitive strain injuries, and certain types of chronic pain.

What is chiropractic care?

Chiropractic care is a healthcare discipline that focuses on diagnosing, treating, and preventing mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, particularly the spine. Chiropractors use hands-on spinal manipulation and other alternative treatments to improve function, alleviate pain, and support the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
